Our Community Reporter Program gives volunteers the opportunity to help us cover local events, share important updates, and highlight inspiring stories from Afghan communities across California and the United States.
You don’t need to be a professional journalist. If you’re passionate about your community and enjoy sharing information, we’d love to work with you.

Who Can Apply?
We’re looking for individuals who are:
- Passionate about serving the community
- Honest and responsible
- Good communicators
- Active in their local communities
- Interested in journalism or media
- Able to attend community events
- Comfortable taking photos or videos with a smartphone
Previous media experience is welcome but not required.
